Gossip Girl hottie Leighton Meester was seen at a recent Philip Lim fashion show in this ensemble. I love the polka dot dress and belt, and I would wear the shoes with something else.. But the cardigan is too casual for my taste, and her makeup and hair makes her look like she got just got out of bed.. and NOT in a good way. What do you think? Go ahead and comment!
