WHO WORE IT BEST?

So,  i was watching the VMAS last night, and I saw Shakira's dress and thought cute, then I saw Pink and thought, cute again. I then realized they were wearing the same dress! If Rachel Zoe was one of their stylists, this would never happen. Anyways, who do you think wore it best?
